This is what a grown-up bride should look like!
I’m really not a fan of MOST big weddings. Even as a little girl, not once did I ever dream of seeing myself in a Cinderella fantasy wedding gown. My wedding could not have been any smaller and that was perfect for me.
I have been invited to some very elegant mega affairs and that’s great if it’s something that works for the bride and groom. I’ve also been to some rather ridiculous affairs; particularly the one where the bridezilla changed into white flip-flops once the ceremony was over… yeech.
When it comes to covering bridal, for the most part, I choose to pass.
But when I see a bride who looks magical, classy, sophisticated, absolutely radiant, I MUST take notice.
Chelsea Clinton wore a Vera Wang gown that was flawlessly perfect for HER when marrying Marc Mezvinsky last night.
It was a strapless silk organza wedding gown with a draped tulle bodice and an embellished glimmering belt designed by family friend Wang who was also in attendance, reports People Stylewatch.
She carried a classic, simple, and very beautiful bouquet of white roses. The bride wore platform, open-toe satin shoes.
Future brides and wedding planners please take note: Elegance always endures.
