Celebrating Valentine's Day is always best if you do it on your own terms (whether you're single or not). Let someone else fork out for the overpriced prix fixe dinner, eat the cheap chocolate, and jostle with the other would-be-lovers for the last of the bruised red roses and disheveled heart shaped boxes. Instead, take the holiday as an opportunity to treat yourself, rather then giving into the pressures of "tradition".
Go for simplicity while everyone else goes overboard - light a candle to set the mood, and draw yourself a hot bath. Jimmyjane's EMBER Massage Candles are a favorite at this time of year, and Truffle + Gardenia is an appropriately indulgent fragrance.
Submerge yourself in the hot suds, and take the time to enjoy yourself - whether that means reading a book or something that involves a bit more splashing. When you step out of the tub, use the warm oil from the massage candle as a luxuriant body oil, then wrap yourself in a thick bathrobe for a glass of wine, champagne, or simply a cup of tea.
Slip naked between just-washed sheets, and sleep the sleep of the virtuous & pampered. Of course, if you're not quite ready to nod off, you can always visit Jimmyjane.com for a few more ideas. Until next week – Ethan Imboden

Hi,
Haven't tried this particular massage candle, but I have tried The Scandle Body Candle. Their candles are a little less pricy and they make refills for their canisters.
