What to wear with a navy skirt

I recently bought a navy pencil skirt. I am uncertain of what to wear with it for shoes or boots in the fall to winter months. Do I wear nylons or tights?

Since your top is pale and sleek, a bare leg or sheer hose would do the trick. Pumps with an interesting heel, either architectural or in a contrasting color are both sophisticated and sexy.

Burnished gold brocade, silvery sequins, or rich velvet are unexpected and interesting fabrics to consider when you want to take your pencil skirt from day to evening. Don’t be afraid to mix black with navy either, just be sure that their textures complement each other.
