Sarah Jessica Parker, Cynthia Nixon, Kristin Davis start the big promo push for SATC2 in LBD's- it's all about the fashion, you know!

It's obvious, the SATC2 promotion begins... relentless fashion, giddy tales, and lot's of armchair accolades and disses all in anticipation for the May release of Sex and the City 2, the movie.

Sarah Jessica Parker, Cynthia Nixon, and Kristin Davis (Kim Cattrall is appearing in a play in London) started the dog and pony show pr fest at ShoWest, the motion picture convention in Las Vegas.

Since so many of you love to follow the what the SATC stars wear and steal their looks for your wardrobe, we thought it would be nice to include some helpful hints on how you can make it work for you.

When you get it right, everyone notices...

For our money, Kristin Davis rocked it in a VERY flattering Oscar de la Renta dress with a fitted a bodice and full skirt that suits her curvy body perfectly. The dress has just the right embellishment to be on trend but not fussy and the right above the knee length flatters her legs. She looks elegant, polished, sophisticated, and ageless-- that's what looking modern and over 25 is all about!

I’m not loving the math on this one…

If there was anyone who could redo 80’s style at its super fun best it would be Patricia Fields– some of my best stripe tops came from her shop back then. If there was ever someone whose present out beauties her past it is Sarah Jessica Parker.

From yesterday’s first day of filming Sex and the City 2 in New York, there have been some paparazzi photos leaked of a very polished and lovely looking SJP in her role as Carrie.

But then there’s also this homage to the 80’s number, complete with the rather unflattering mall perm…

“Sex and the City 2″ wants fashionistas and chic New Yorkers for the upcoming film…

Yes, yes, you obsessed SATC fans, I found this casting call from Grant Wilfley Casting in my email today and want to pass it on.

As they say, if you think you’ve got the look the casting hunt is on for SAG and non-SAG fashion models, celebrity types, upscale socialites, urban club goers, gays and lesbians, international types, and professional soccer players to play background performers in the upcoming Sex and the City 2 film.
