It’s not another hit of The Vapors but I really think we’re turning Japanese with the launch of Asian fast fashion giant Uniqlo’s global flagship opening in SoHo, New York.

With klieg lights and guest lists only a few hundred feet away from the Victor and Rolf for H&M ‘sold out’ sign, Uniqlo had more up-to-the-nanosecond trends rolling out faster than the food performance by Chef Morimoto.

According to its web site’s corporate mission statement, Uniqlo strives ‘’to continuously provide fashionable, high quality, basic casual wear at the lowest prices in the market - casual wear that anybody can wear whenever and wherever.” That’s for sure-- there are so many cuter than thou little fashion pieces for men and women that you can forever revolve your wardrobe in style or sprinkle some fresh dash to your top designer staples.

A must-have add-on to your SoHo shopping pit stops.
