Once upon a time jelly fisherman sandals with cute anklets were all the rage for grown-up girls. Then the ubiquitous jelly shoe lay buried at the bottom of the bin of boardwalk novelty stores alongside beach sarongs that screamed the name of the beach du jour in iron-on type.
Wait up--jelly shoes are back and quite chic this time around!
I must say that the leader of the fashion pack for jellies are the
