No published date is set for the U.S. just yet, but this is something worth waiting for. H&M is launching a gorgeous cheap on the chic home design collection for interiors savvy consumers.
“Simplicity and how easy it is to shop is key,” says Evelina Kravaev SA¶derberg, H&M Home’s head of design. “We want to show people that it doesn’t have to be expensive or dramatic to change your home”
The Good News: The opportunity to transform every room in the house into a stylish, budget-friendly domain with on-trend home textiles and accessories will be exclusively available online and through a directional mail order catalog as of February 2009.
The Sort of Bad News: The first collection will be only available in the markets where H&M already has “distance” selling: Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Austria and the Netherlands.
