Obama has a very keen sense of her own personal style and wears what both flatters her and what she feels comfortable wearing.
Today, with all the pressure, I feel she feel prey to the power of fashion and gave way to gorgeous designs, yet just not as gorgeous on her.
The First Lady is a statuesque beauty and this evening’s ball gown looked juvenile rather than fresh and not the most photogenic on her frame.
Again, I am sure that in person the gown is gorgeous.
Before being tucked in for the night, Malia and Sasha Obama both chose to wear J.Crew & crewcuts by J.Crew to daddy’s inauguration earlier today.
All in all, we can rest assured that the Obamas are bringing in a much needed dose of glamour and style into the White House and a grand resuscitation to the American fashion industry.
Three cheers for a First Lady who takes a risk!
