Prada (and above)

Vintage ladylike bags got revved up with ingenious graphic appliqué automobiles complete with Prada license plates that are certain to be seen everywhere come Spring.

Fendi

The cardigan lost its granny connotations at Fendi via a sheer chiffon base and thick, textural oversized cables smartly placed over the bust.

Dolce & Gabbana

With floral and graphic prints showing up on every runway, Dolce & Gabbana’s celebration of all things Italian had a fresh, unexpected verve thanks to this surprisingly gorgeous onion print that appeared on all kinds of feminine numbers.

Roberto Cavalli

With designer’s piling on prints in all sorts of cacophonous manners, the delicate knife pleats at Cavalli exposed contrasting watercolor florals with snake prints for a look that was decadent and completely original.

No. 21

Plaid going day-into-night, who would have thought? But somehow, No. 21′s jewel encrusted collars topping off head-to-toe plaids brought a whole new meaning to the idea of casual chic.

Etro

Saving the house’s heritage paisley prints for accessories only, Etro’s oversized portfolio clutch dazzled with a graphic black starburst.-Naveed Hussain
