Pringle of Scotland Spring 2013: Get inspired right now with highlights from the London Spring 2013 Runways
After an infectiously cool range of outings from several of London’s top go-to labels comes a selection of carefully considered ensembles from one of the city’s most storied knitwear houses with a focus on delivering stylized gear perfect for in & out of the office.
And though the design team currently at the helm of this heritage brand chose to steer clear of any over-wrought, clunky new set of boundary pushing ideas, what was on hand was a fresh assortment of reality minded clothes that were at times quite surprising.
While knits, twinsets and pullovers made for a bulk of what was to be taken in, each piece had a fuss-free appeal that was slightly offset with the unexpected for a thoroughly modern look.
From no-color nudes to lush monochrome looks in royal purple and blue, to alluring pool blue and acid yellow, this was one outing that offered something wearable while new takes on silhouettes and separates made the collection all the more justifiable.
