With a designer known for whimsy and a fashion show sponsor so off, that it’s right, Cynthia Rowley and her Tupperwear backed spring fashion show brims with fluid, sculptural silhouettes where volume, proportion, and shape are key.
Empire waist sundresses take a fresh turn in wallpaper pattern prints and flowing skirts. Shorter bell-shaped skirts and trapeze dresses offer a fine artist’s touch to their construction. Lacey blouses and strategic slashes are an intriguing way to be flirtatiously sexy. -S. H.
