Beautifully fit pants in skinny, peg legged, pleated or paper bag styles. And great wearable leather motorcycle jackets, clean trenches and modern blazers.
The neutral based colors have been common this week and Mackage creates a beautiful showcase of how a neutral can really be vibrant when the garment is immaculately tailored and has edge.
I appreciate that there really is something for everyone in this line and I think certain pieces are very wearable no matter what your age.
This is aided by the clean and crisp color palette and a variety of garments, some showing lots of skin along with some more modest pieces that still were very well detailed.
I loved the hardware and trims, nothing is worse than an outfit junked up with hardware, and in this case zippers, grommets and buckles were far more refined than trashy.
When the designers stepped out I was more than happy to assist in the round of applause! – Alix Kivlin
