Blush Hour- Celebrity Style- Sarah Jessica Parker In Valentino and Vintage

I’ll Have What She’s Having: Pale colors that don’t wash out

It’s been a while since we’ve seen her let that stuffy undo she’s been donning as of late down, but more so, it’s her overall toned down look that really works for us.

In a graphic dreamy floral vintage Pauline Trigère dress topped with a pale pink Valentino coat, she looks more approachable and less precious. And paired with classic yet ladylike sateen Manolo Blahnik shoes, she manages to retain her posh, society lady verve while softening things up a bit.

That’s not to say her polished inclinations have come undone…

Take a note from the actress this holiday season and look for ways to put yourself together that appear maximal while reducing the severity associated with the season’s go-to’s( think velvets & brocades) and look for powdery yet subtle hues and silhouettes in decadent fabrications. -Naveed Hussain
