We know you are excited to share your product or your client’s product with us. However, we have a few policies that must be adhered to in order to assure that your products/services/collections can be considered in the best light. 1. Please stay on-topic to fashion, beauty, and style. 2. No telephone cold pitches or follow-up. E-mail only, please. 3. Digital images are preferred over hard-copy catalogs. 4. Send a complete press package. 5. Product samples must be provided for review, when requested. We prefer one complete package that contains all info-- press kit, digital images, review product. 6. NO signature deliveries unless requested and confirmed in advance-- that’s no random UPS, FedEx, AirBorne, messenger for cold pitches. You can use FedEX SMARTPOST which then delivers by USPS. 7. If a signature delivery is necessary, please e-mail first to schedule A CONFIRMED DELIVERY time-- AM delivery only and a tracking number must be provided.
