It’s time for my annual coverage of magical, enchanting Christmas in Paris. This year the shop windows and streets are especially dazzling. I want to bring the allure of Christmas in Paris to you with my little photographic treats.

Hermes Paris Holiday Windows 2012

Hermés as usual is a feast of unbridled luxury and decadence. The windows by Leila Menchari seem a little more Easter than Christmas with the pastel colors and a  bunny rabbit perched on a pistachio green handbag. Ostriches and feathers are heavily used and the animal portraits in fanciful, gilded frames are quite whimsical.
