During the the eighties and nineties the brand was known for enhancing a luxury lifestyle , with products ranging from the the Trussardi telephone to lifestyle design partnerships with Alitalia, Alfa Romeo, Vespa, Mini, Busnelli, and the Trussardi bicycle. Those archives are what inspired the new Trussardi Design collections.
