Pop Gossip- Justin Bieber’s new haircut. Lady Gaga spotted in the East Village in bikini and fishnets on one of the coldest days of the year
Ok, so the sappy small town kid with the mega wallet got a haircut. Is this star on the way out?
How can you not miss national news that Justin Bieber got a haircut?!
Jay DeMarcus from Rascall Flatts Twitpiced this photo of him and Justin Bieber on his Twitter and everyone is going nuts.
Hallelujah, The Bieb no longer looks like Dorothy Hamill in a wind tunnel. But his pre-pubescent fans probably don’t know who the Olympic skater is and surely, some of their parents weren’t even born in 1976. But I do!
Frankly, when my kid wants to annoy me, he blasts some Bierber song from his iphone and cracks himself up in the process. I say, that Bieber is laughing himself all the way to the bank, stupid hairdo and all! The kid and I barely see a drastic hairstyle change, except that the sides are shorter and the top is deliberately messy.
And, Lady Gaga wearing a bikini to the movies in the East Village in the dead of winter? That’s my ‘hood, and its known for kids wearing kooky clothes but somehow they make “fashion” sense. What to do? I decided to ask our favorite be-atch Brad Boles for his queenly opine. Have a read. –S.H.
As you know I’ve never gotten the whole Justin Beiber craze.

How can a haircut make national news? When does your hair eclipse your career?
Breaking news: Justin cuts the side’s and top for what looks like a, “I’m going for a more mature look.” How is this relevant in these perilous times? I’m sure this news will make to SNL this week. Good news though, he’s donating the tidbit of chopped locks to charity.
Lady Gaga is even more eclipsed by her insane wardrobe I ask you is this genius marketing?
There are critics who say that Lady Gaga is deflecting from her personal life with her outrageous creations. Has she gone too far when she showed up in the East Village yesterday after three inches of snow was dumped on the city– and the wind chill factor was at zero– in a Bikini with fishnets?
Why can’t her music stand alone? I feel sometimes all these contrived costumes get in the way of the Gaga’s message! Case in point: legendary designer Alexander McQueens’ brilliant, yet sometimes contrived, creations were keep on the stage and a paired-down wearable version was made available in stores.
Gaga take notice- leave the costume for the stage, not when your going to a movie with your boyfriend!
And how was your day? –Brad Boles
