NY Fashion Week: Miss Sixty fashion show review
Miss Sixty | Runway Fall 2009 Collection-Mercedes Benz Fashion Week… Rock ‘n roll heavily weighted with an 80’s and punk feel set the tone for Miss Sixty. Denim washes had a huge range from classic blues to greys and black of course, but the washing techniques were far from average - some were heavily bleached, others were very stone washed giving an allover crinkle texture reminding you of your favorite pair of jeans in 1985, colored tints and resin washes, fortunately not so much of the shredding we are currently seeing everywhere. As far as denim styling, I personally was pleased to see the skinny jean still maintaining it’s power, especially with glam rock appliques and over-sized hardware. On the
