I was looking through a spring lookbook for a celebutard turned designer, who will remain nameless, and each outfit pictured was kowtowing to some amped up commercial fashion fad trend, that probably should never have taken off in the first place. But there ya go, a pseudo celeb wears something, the pr sends out a photo, bloggers pick it up, and every girl who can find a parking spot at the mall, is seen wearing it and wearing it and wearing it. That's fine when the follower with a passion for fashion (an expression that drives me mad) is a young girl.
