Would you wear this wacky fashion? SEE ARRRGH! Monsters in Fashion in Paris

Ya know I love a good freaky outfit from time to time. Wacky fashion and its wearer, when done right-- as a fashion performance piece-- is pretty incredible. It puts a smile on your face and let's you appreciate people who live their life as their art. But, then you get those wackadoodle show ponies who have the chutzpah to put on anything odd and outlandish for some extra attention.  Really, there are a few kinds of out there: the wacky fashion that has you roll your eyes, those who just wanna have a little fun & the kind that has your eyes popping out in jaw dropping amazement. Richard Nahem takes us to the later. - S.H. >> MORE: Wacky Scary,

Wacky Wonders- The Cuchini eliminates camel toe

I'm never a fan of gimmicks, but some novelties do make me giggle. In an effort to pass on a quick smirk, I've decided that from time-to-time I will share  my own version of Anderson Cooper's Ridiculist or  David Letterman's Stupid Pet Tricks starting with... A camel toe barrier, called The Cuchini! Ok, for those of you who wear pants that are too short in the rise (morning after Chinese food bloat could be a temporary culprit), there's now a device to "smooth the ridges of a woman’s mons pubis area providing a smooth and camouflaged appearance," hence, ending hideous camel toe and a possible trip to the gyno for some yeasty infection. I wonder if one should wear it

Wacky Fantasy Nail Art Has Its Own Olympics

Odd but True: Nailympics 2010, the global ‘Olympic Games of fake nails... in Britain, of course! Gotta love these talons... The British love bizarre contests but they've all scrathed the surface until this one that digs deep! I've seem some crazy, freaky long nails in my time, mostly on my old bank teller. Come to think of it, on many bank tellers. They're the kind of nails that curl to no end and create all sorts of strange hygienic visions that I'd rather skip. Nailympics 2010 at the Olympia Beauty Show in London However, every once in a while there are some ultra fantastc, super exotic works of nail art and now they have their own "Olympics" of sorts. The

Save Your Shoes, Wreck Your Style With Odd Looking Heel Protector

Heels Above We're really not into gimmicks-- nor do we like to diss a new product-- but in our stylish opinions, this thingamijig sinks to a whole new level! Today's email brings another "helpful" product that we just have to scratch our heads about. I hit delete on it's first entry to the inbox, but since the pr is busy on the follow-up pitch, the need to share has taken over. Here is a product that in some strange way does make sense. I'm not sure if this thing resembles the nipple on a baby bottle, a golf tee, or an analytical funnel but a plastic whositwhat that looks like it should be autoclaved does NOT make for a fashion

The Wackiest Bikini has a bottle opener built in

Bottle Betty bikini with attached bottle opener My craziest email of the week, so far... I get some pretty wacky emails from publicists and most end up in the proverbial "round file," but this one is different. Bottle Betty is a new line of patent pending swimwear with an attached bottle opener. It's crazy, I know. One would expect that a bikini with an attached bottle opener to be tacky looking. Bottle Betty swimsuits appear stylish, at least from their web site photos. But, it brings me to my original, head-scratching question, "Why?" This really must be a guy thing. All I can say is that if you are too lazy to walk to the nearest poolside bottle opener and
