Advanced Beauty: Strawberry Laser Lipo shrinks an inch of belly fat at lunch

Think of this as Spanx that's a part of you. Strawberry Laser Lipo treatment is a non-invasive inch-loss and body contouring treatment that shrinks stubborn fat cells. The treatment is fast and mindless as you lay down with space-age looking paddles strapped to you for a 10-20 minute treatment. The unwanted fat is then naturally released from the body via the lymphatic system. It's followed up by a quick session on a vibration plate exercise machine that impressed me so that I instantly looked it up to buy for myself. I tried one session of the recommended eight session Strawberry Laser protocol and lost an inch off my midsection with Carmen Fernandez the Aesthetician at MedSpa 44 in New York. Not bad

Stylist Advice- Plus Size Layering, Define A Focal Point

Dear Sharon:  I am overweight. Sometimes I wear blouses open with turtlenecks underneath. Can you wear a scarf with the open blouse and turtleneck? (C.M. via Fashion Advice)   I'm not sure that I love the way you start out your question by announcing that you are overweight. Regardless of your size, we ALL need to make the most of what we've got which should come from a place of confidence and pride with our unique self. That said, what's with ALL the  layers? When it comes to plus size layering, or layering clothing for any size, with rare exception, it is key to create a longer visual line with your clothing to look leaner, less bulky, and polished. WEIGHTS & MEASURES: 3 fix-its for body image, fabric, and shoes

1. Dear Sharon: I've always been under the impression that linen was to be worn during the spring and summer only. But, I see lots of it in some of the fall catalogs I'm getting. I love linen and would like to continue wearing it all year round. Is it O.K. to do so? Must it be darker colors and heavier weight? -Climate Control (Granite City, IL) Dear Climate Control: In Wyoming, yes. In Florida, no. Fabric and colorare more dependant upon temperature than the season. A flimsy, white linen skirt is simply a stupid choice on a cold day. Heavier weight linen pants worn on a mild winter day are fine. Linen, a favorite material for those who love to iron, is typically worn in
