Madonna Directs a Miu Miu Video, Apparently, Sort of

APPARENTLY, as legend has it, according to pagesdigital, Mert & Marcus were shooting the fall Miu Miu campaign when a friend dropped by.

The friend happened to be Madonna who had some thoughts about the shoot.

Backseat posing pointers then turned into an impromptu Madonna directed fall 2010 Miu Miu campaign video. There were even some Madonna-esque dance steps thrown in while the models preened around in a photobooth.

The score is a remix of Boy George‘s "Generations of Love," which make us wonder if Madonna and Boy George patched up their nasty bit or the whole story is a hoax….

…we just kinda like the fun of it all (clever masking those odd Miu Miu pilgrim shoes) and the video is quite cute.
